主要研究领域
1. 临床医学:利用系统流行病学和多组学的方法寻找生物标志物、生物靶点和代谢途径,深入探讨疾病的发病机制,建立早期预测和高危个体筛选模型,为个性化医疗和转化医学提供科学支持;基于标志物发现,开发体外诊断方法并实现临床应用。
2. 环境医学:基于转录组、肠道宏基因谱、表观遗传谱、蛋白质谱以及代谢谱,将暴露组与系统流行病学相结合,研究环境因素(环境暴露、营养、生活方式等)与疾病的关联及分子机制,用精准的方式预防疾病、促进健康。
3. 公共卫生应急平台建设:复杂样品(食品、生物样品、环境样品)中有害物质的高通量分析技术。
