2006年毕业于上海交通大学医学院,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2007年至2010年受聘为厦门大学生命科学学院博士后,进入国家传染病诊断试剂与疫苗工程技术研究中心从事生物信息学和生物大分子的分子模拟研究。现为bet体育365官网正规副教授。主要研究方向为:结构疫苗学相关的蛋白设计与改造,抗体工程相关的抗体优化与分子设计,基于同源模建和分子对接技术的表位预测,利用生物大分子动力学模拟研究抗原抗体相互作用,基于组学数据和基因编辑方法对大肠杆菌工程菌进行优化与改造。
