包括多种病原微生物的快速识别、病原微生物耐药基因的检测和病原微生物的分型鉴定等研究。并致力于呼吸道菌群、外生殖道菌群和胃肠道菌群监测技术开发,以及菌群的变化与炎症疾病相关性的研究。
