田蕊于2014年进入厦门大学攻读博士,专业为生物化学和分子生物学(导师: Xiaoyuan (Shawn) Chen教授)。2015-2018年先后受国家留学基金委(CSC)和美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)的资助,在NIH的国家生物医学影像和生物工程研究院(NIBIB)进行联合培养和访学。2018-2020年继续在NIH进行博士后研究。期间主要围绕“基于白蛋白的诊疗体系”和“近红外二区生物成像”开展工作。2019年入选厦门大学“南强青年拔尖人才计划”(B类),获特任研究员头衔。2020年8月入职厦门大学,2021年入选福建省高层次人才(境外引进C类)、厦门市高层次留学引进人才等。
迄今,共发表SCI论文50余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Science Advances, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Science等杂志上发表SCI论文十余篇。2022年1月受邀担任EUR J NUCL MED MOL I期刊编委(EJNMMI,Editorial board)(IF: 9.236,Springer期刊Imaging/Radiology领域排名:1/53)。
在成果转化方面,以第一作者署名的三项基于白蛋白诊疗一体化的研究成果已经进入到临床转化研究阶段,其中EBTATE被美国MTTI (Molecular Targeting Technologies, Inc.)公司收购并在并在德国和国内多地进行临床转化研究。申请专利六项,已授权三项。
感兴趣方向:近红外二区荧光成像探针的开发及其生物成像的应用;基于白蛋白及其变体的诊疗体系的研发

• 国家自然科学基金面上项目(82071983),基于重组白蛋白亚基与花青染料复合物的新型近红外二区探针体系的研究及其应用,主持(2021.01 - 2024.12);
• 国家自然科学基金面上项目(81871404),基于Evans Blue的肿瘤诊疗一体化策略,主要参与人(2018.01 - 2021.12);
• 国家自然科学基金青年基金(81501533),调控巨噬细胞功能提高纳米粒子肿瘤靶向性,主要参与人(2016.01 - 2018.12)。
